Description :Strata-X-Drug B 33 µm Polymeric Strong Cation, 60 mg / 6 mL, Tubes, 30/Pk

Load :Load Sample

Wash 1 : 2mLs of 100mM Sodium acetate (pH 5.0) buffer

Wash 2 : 2mLs of Methanol

Dry :10 minutes @ full vacuum

Elution 1 : 2mLs of Ethyl acetate:Isopropanol:NH4OH (7:2:1)

Evaporate: :Evaporate to dryness

Reconstitute :1 mL 15% methanol in water

Notes :Evaporate to dryness under a stream of nitrogen at 50 C . Reconstitute in 1 mL of 15% methanol.
