Load :Load Sample

Wash 1 : 2 mLs of Acetonitrile:Water (20:80) (v:v)

Dry :10 minutes @ full vacuum

Elution 1 : 2mLs of Ethyl acetate:Isopropanol (85:15) (v:v)

Evaporate: :Evaporate to dryness

Reconstitute :1 mL 35% methanol in water

Notes :Evaporate eluant under a stream of N2 gas at 50ºC. Reconstitute with 1mL of 35% methanol
