Description :Strata-X-Drug N 100u Polymer RP, 100mg/6mL, 30/Pk

Load :Load Sample

Wash 1 : 2 mLs of 0.1N HCl

Wash 2 : 2 mLs of Methanol/0.1N HCl (30:70)

Dry :10 min under full vacuum

Elution 1 : 2 mLs of Ethylacetate/IPA (85:15) (v:v)

Evaporate: :Evaporate to dryness

Reconstitute :1 mL 10% acetonitrile

Notes :Evaporate eluant to dryness under stream of N2 (50ºC). Reconstitute samples with 1mL of 10% acetonitrile
