Column storage conditions can affect column lifetime. As such, long term storage of columns containing buffers or ion-pairing reagents is not recommended.
Before storing, flush with 5 column volumes of mobile phase without buffer to remove any buffers or salts. Refer to the table below for recommended storage conditions based upon the chemistry of your column.
