12 Cannabinoids by HPLC-UV using Kinetex 2.6 μm C18 Core-Shell Column

Abstract:

There are over 100 known cannabinoids with varying effects. Developed is a rapid method analyzing 12 major cannabinoids with great resolution and low backpressures. The use of Kinetex core-shell columns provides laboratories with the versatility and option to move from HPLC to UHPLC instrumentation platforms for greater productivity and results.
