A Simple and Rapid Extraction Method for Chlorinated Pesticides from poultry fat using SPE and GCECD (TN-0090)


Abstract:
Presented is a method developed using SPE and GC/ECD for pesticides analysis from poultry fat. This method improves upon the traditional procedure resulting in a 75 % reduction in laboratory space, reduction of hazardous waste, and a 50 % reduction in labor consumption, leading to greater laboratory productivity.
