Abstract:

Strata-X-A Polymeric Strong Anion Exchange SPE sorbent contains a di-methylbutyl quaternary amino group which strongly retains drugs that contain weak acidic groups. The strong retention between sorbent and analyte allows for a 100 % organic wash that can effectively remove matrix interferences, resulting in high recoveries and clean eluents.
