Analysis of IdeS Digested Monoclonal Antibody Fragments

Abstract:

IdeS, a cysteine protease, is used for partial digestion of mAbs and generates a (Fab’)2 fragment and two Fc fragments (Fc/2) to allow for better characterization of the Fc fragment using a bioZen 2.6 µm WidePore C4 LC column.
