Antipsychotic Drugs Extracted From Plasma Using Microelution SPE (TN-0138)

Abstract:

Antipsychotic drugs were extracted from plasma using Strata-X-C microelution SPE and Kinetex PS C18 LC Column. The method was compared to Oasis MCX µElution plates and Strata-X-C displays predominately consistent results with lower %CVs with a format that increases sensitivity.
