Assessing Column Lifetime of a UHPLC Size Exclusion Column using a Biozen dSEC-2 LC Column

Abstract:

In this application note, we demonstrate the robustness of a sub-2 µm SEC column. Over 300 injections of a protein sample (Myoglobin) were performed. Peak symmetry was assessed to ensure consistent column performance.
