Automated Cleanup of Cortisone and Prednisolone from Plasma (TN-0077)

Abstract:

A simple, automatable extraction method using a Tecan® Freedom® EVO 100 liquid handler and Phenomenex's Novum Simplified Liquid Extraction (SLE) 96-well plates is employed to extract cortisone and prednisolone (at 25 ng/mL and 125 ng/mL, respectively) from plasma followed by LC/MS/MS analysis.
