Benzodiazepines from Urine using Microelution SPE and LC-MS/MS Analysis

Abstract:

Using a Strata-X-C Microelution 96-well SPE plate, six benzodiazepines are extracted from urine and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. The ultra-sensitive extraction method saved at least 30 minutes by eliminating a dry down step without negatively impacting the sensitivity of the analysis.
