Beta Blockers by Chiral HPLC (TN-1142)

Abstract:

In this technical note, we report the chiral separation of various beta blocker pharmaceutical drugs using Lux polysaccharid-based chiral stationary phases. The reported separations are the results of a systematic screening of five different Lux phases in polar organic, normal phase, and reversed phase separation modes.
