Chiral Separation of Synthetic Cannabinoid Metabolites (TN-1167)

Abstract:

A new targeted metabolomic approach for assessing human synthetic cannabinoind expsoure and pharmacology in blood and urine analysis is presented. The method utilizes a Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) step followed by chiral LC/MS/MS analysis using a Lux polysaccharide-based chiral stationary column and Strata-X-Drug B SPE.
