Clean-up and Analysis of 12 Cannabinoids from Whole Blood using LC-MS/MS (TN-0130)

Abstract:

This presents an LC-MS/MS method for 12 cannabinoids and 2 metabolites from whole blood. Through a simple sample preparation technique utilizing Phree Phospholipid Removal Products, phospholipids and protein which cause matrix effects were removed, while avoiding the inconvenience of a dry down step.
