Corticosteroid Extraction From Plasma Using Strata DE Supported Liquid Extraction (SLE)

Abstract:

We developed a Supported Liquid Extraction (SLE) method using Strata DE (diatomaceous earth) for a wide range of corticosteroid compounds from plasma, which are then analyzed by LC-MS/MS.
