Enantioselective Analysis of Valacyclovir using a Lux Cellulose-1 Chiral Column

Abstract:

A simple and robust method was developed for the identification of each Valacyclovir enantiomer using a Lux Cellulose-1 chiral column. The cellulose-1 chiral selector is able to efficiently separate these structurally similar compounds while maintaining a rapid analysis time.
