Extraction and Analysis of T3 and T4 from Plasma by Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) and LC-MS/MS

Abstract:

This application provides a fast and sensitive solution for the analysis of T3 and T4 from plasma. By utilizing solid phase extraction (SPE) prior to analysis, we were able to mitigate the effects of interferences and boosted the sensitivity of our analysis. Pairing this sample preparation approach with Kinetex® core-shell technology allowed for a fast and sensitive analysis by LC-MS/MS.
