Organic acids are found in both wine and in the grapes from which they are derived. Organic acids contribute to the flavor, color, stability and balance of the wine. Typical separation modes by HPLC include ion-exclusion and reversed phase can result in run times exceeding 30 minutes.Presented uses a Kinetex F5 coreshell pentafluorophenyl phase HPLC column for screening Organic acids in wine in <5min.
