USP Assay for Ibuprofen by HPLC-UV (TN-1092)

Abstract:

This technical note describes the application of the new Kinetex 2.6 um XB-C18 column to the USP assay for ibuprofen to reduce analysis time and increase sample throughput and productivity, while improving the sensitivity of the assay for the determination of ibuprofen related compound C, a known degradation product with adverse health effects.
