Nontarget and Suspect Screening Analysis of Samples Containing 6PPD-quinone and Other Tire-derived Compounds

Abstract:

In this technical note, a Luna Omega Polar C18 column, coupled to the SCIEX X500B QTOF system and a data independent acquisition approach (SWATH acquisition), were used to acquire high-quality, high-resolution MS/MS data to screen for both known-unknowns and perform nontargeted analysis.
