Ph. Eur. Monograph 2743: Zoledronic Acid Related Substances on Luna 5 µm Phenyl Hexyl Column

Abstract:

In this application note we show the separation of Zoledronic acid from its related substances following Ph. Eur. monograph 2743. The Luna 5 µm Phenyl Hexyl column used for this study met the system suitability criteria of a R S ≥ 1.5 between Zoledronic acid and Impurity A and of a R S ≥ 1.5 between Nitrate and Impurity B.
