Quantitation of Neutral and Sialylated Glycans using bioZen HILIC Chromatography and Solid Phase Extraction (TN-0133)

Abstract:

In this study, we look at fluorophore labeling, clean-up, and recoveries of N-linked glycans released from serum-derived alpha-1 acid glycoprotein (AGP) using bioZen N-Glycan Clean-Up. bioZen N-Glycan Clean-Up is a HILIC solid phase extraction product in a microelution 96-well plate that has excellent retention and recovery of labeled, released n-glycans.
