Rapid LC-MS-MS Method for Monitoring Bio-Relevant Levels of PFAS in Serum (TN-1325)

Abstract:

In this technical note, a quantitative workflow for the analysis of 22 PFAS in serum was developed using Gemini 3um C18 column coupled with SCIEX QTRAP 6500+ System. This targeted screening workflow provides a fast analysis method capable of accurately quantifying sub-nanogram per mL levels of PFAS in the human body.
