Full resolution between fructose and glucose can ensure accurate results. Developed below, using the Luna Omega 3 μm SUGAR LC column, is the separation of simple sugars from red, white and dessert wine, producing excellent separation of glucose and fructose leading to more accurate quantitation for effective fermentation monitoring.
