Racemic Pain Relievers by Chiral HPLC (TN-1144)

Abstract:

In this technical note, we report the chiral chromatographic separation of various pain reliever drugs using Lux polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases. The reported enantioseparations are the results of a systematic screening of five different Lux phases in normal phase, polar organic, and reversed phase separation modes.
