Environmental Contaminants Caused by the Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico by GC and HPLC (TN-2045)


Abstract:
The recent oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is undeniably the largest oil leak in U.S. history. This work provides SPE, GPC, GC/FID, GC/MS, and HPLC analytical methods for analyzing the most common contaminants that originated from the leak: PAHs, PHCs, and VOCs.
