Using Aromatic Selectivity for Difficult HPLC Separations (TN-1029)

Abstract:

In this study we compate the retention behavior between a C18 and phenyl phase using a mixture of polar and non-polar probes with varying degrees of aromaticity in methanol and acetonitrile mobile phases.
